Hi all, reading Fun Car Guy's situation, I changed plugs and wires and saw the wires are numbered to each cylinder, I believe that means they were original from the factory, even my parts car has the wires numbered, does anyone know for sure? And if they are original how many of you are still driving with them? Idles a little smoother now and took a few hours to do.

I did the same as Ronnie on both '92 Rivieras and both '91 Reatta's I've owned.  I've never had "points" deducted when I've had any of these cars BCA 400 point judged....either just lucky or the judges don't consider it.  I personally like the chrome look vs. the flat black tape.

And then there's another question.  On the back of the rear view mirror there is this sticker.  Wondering if it has anything to do with the craft center.

My '89 shifter plate looks exactly like the picture posted by fun car guy. I, too, assumed that the "paint" was peeling. Had no idea that it was actually tape that was peeling.  I should have done some more investigation into the "how to" guides hi-lighted by Ronnie.

Well, since a replacement is highly unlikely, I guess I'll just mask and paint.  Thanks.
