  1. I agree the cam sensor is unlikely to fix this issue. Heat related issues are usually ignition. If you are comfortable the ICM and coils are not the issue, that leaves the crank sensor, but the symptoms are unusual. The other thing that comes to mind is the fuel pump doesn't like the heat either. I don't know if it is possible to vapor lock a pressurized system, but I would suggest checking the pressure when it acts up.

  2. I am going to Walmart. $76.00 plus tax for removal of old tires, cleaning up the bead, putting on the tar product used to enhance seal, mounting and balancing of the "new" tires and then lifetime rotation.

  3. First time was a cracked head on the rear bank. Now the codes are showing misfire on cylinder 1, upper oxygen sensor on bank one and loss of antifreeze. Sounds like a head job to me...
