  1. I think your '91 already has a factory installed relay to protect the headlight switch from overload so you don't have to install a harness unless your really want to. DS_Porter came up with an easy solution to the problem of doors not closing that only requires one wire to be cut at the headlight door control module and grounded. Once you do that the headlight door module will work normally with the LED lights installed. Here is a link to the discussion on the AACA about how to do it. 3. Get brand name parts and you will be fine. I never skimp on front end parts or brake parts by buying off brand stuff. While you are in that deep is a good time to check to see if the seals in the transmission are leaking where the axles plug in. If so it will be a good time to change them.

  4. I assume you are talking about the hub with bearings already installed so all you have to do is bolt it on. That is what most people do. Front and rear hubs are different. The front has the drive axle going through splined hole in the center. The rear doesn't. Whatever brand you buy be sure it has the toothed reluctor ring on it for ABS.

  5. This is the arm on the door that is hard to replace if it breaks.

  6. I can't imagine the blend door making a noise. It should be driven smoothly by an electric motor. It is located behind the glove box. There is another door behind the dash that is operated by vacuum. I believe it's call a diverter door. If that door sticks it could make a noise when it pops open. If that door is the problem the arm that attaches it to the vacuum pot is prone to breaking. I would check the blend door first. If you discover the other door is making the noise you might want to disconnect the vacuum line going to the climate control unit until you can figure out what's on. Replacing a broken arm on that door is a really hard job. Once you remove the glovebox you will see this.

  7. Me and my wife had a discussion about this earlier this evening before I saw your post. She felt the same way as you. She said if nobody on the forum isn't complaining and I enjoy posting about my Mustang I should continue to do so. I've decide I'm going to keep posting about my Mustang. I've checked with the forum moderator and he says its OK. 🙂

  8. Ronnie, thanks a bunch for your help. I read the info on the AACA forum. "Sicknickclassics" mentioned D-Lumina H4 9003 Canbus Decoder Anti Flicker Harness further in the topic, so I went on Amazon and bought it. Hopefully it will solve the headlight close problem without me having to cut/past any wires. It gets delivered on 3/12. Thanks again...
