  1. I would do the plug wires, then the ICM, and see how each one effects the problem you are having. Save the crankshaft sensor until you have got it running with the new ICM and wires. Changing everything at once can be a nightmare if for some reason it runs worse, or won't run at all, and you have to start troubleshooting it.

  2. ICM coming in tomorrow along with some new sparkplug wires. Also going to get a new crankshaft sensor while im at it. Ill update on the progress of the cars condition.
