  1. You're in North Carolina and so is Marck of East Coast Reattas. I'd google the phone number and see if he would be interested in trouble shooting your car.

  2. when chasing a no start condition: replacing the coil pack and Ignition module below it should either be new parts or a used set from a running car. Both parts should be done together or you could have any combination of bad or damaged parts. Once it is operational, individual pieces can then be switched around to determine good from bad. The actual fuel pressure reading is important as mentioned previously, as well as the ability to hold that pressure for a reasonable period of time.

  3. The Reatta is a unique car that can be a little more complicated than the average car to work on, but as far as not starting is concerned you wouldn't be any better off with a run of the mill Buick Century or any other sedan with a 3800 V6. The drivetrain in them is the same as the Reatta of the same time period. My advice is if you like the Reatta, find a competent mechanic who knows the 3800 V6 really well and he will get your Reatta going in no time.

Kendall was willing to do it, 2seater knew how to get me a few more horses and as they say the rest is history. Now I am sitting on an original 312,000 mile Reatta except for new paint, dash, inner door panels, carpet, sunroof, engine, transmission, rack & pinion, wheels, ball joints, tie rods, struts, strut mounts, radiator, condenser, Headlight switch, CRT, IPC, Headlight Relay Harness, antenna, seats. Oops for got shift knob and shifter panel, mirror and window switches. And who could forget, relays, accumulator ball, pressure switch, pump and motor, cam sensor, Coil pack/ignition module, MAF sensor. [I think I'm done now.] Other then that, yes all original...
