  1. If you are happy with the ride I don't see a reason to change as long as the tires are wearing even. The condition of the roads the car is driven on has a lot to do with the life of the struts. We have pretty good roads here in TN so shocks and struts tend to last a long time. If you have any doubts about tire wear you might want to have the alignment checked just to see if everything is still within specs.

  2. My rear taillight cover was oxidized. Looking for cleaners, I found NOVUS 3 on amazon for $28.00. Tried it and it worked great. It's a 3 step process using 3 various cleaners from heavy to very fine .

  3. The "Service Engine Soon" light flashes when reading the codes not the yellow amber brake light. I believe on the 1991 Reatta [I don't have one] you still have a gray "ALDL" box under the dash that you have to jumper the pins. Directions how are in the "How To" that Ronnie has on the top of the page.
