I have Hagerty Insurance and I get a magazine they put out. It has some good articles in it from Wayne Carini (Chasing Classic Cars), Jay Leno and others. This article about the Buick Reatta caught my eye. I'm surprised they devoted so much time to it.
Is the Buick Reatta a hidden gem of ’80 GM style?
Below the article someone commented and said the Reatta was based on a prototype called the Centurion. I've never heard that before, and I don't know if it's true, but I can see similarity between the photo below and the Reatta. Especially around the grill.
EDIT:
I hadn't read the article too close when I made my original post. I hadn't seen this until just now. It's good to know ROJ gets a little attention every now and then. ?
" If the Reatta still gets your heart pumping to retro beat, however, current owners are ready to help, with a handy list of resources at the online Reatta Owners Journal and the Reatta-specific division of the Buick Owners Club, which hosts an annual meetup. "
