You got a fantastic deal. All those parts alone are worth at least half what you gave for the car. The only dark side of all this is it tells us how hard it is to sell a Reatta. That car should have sold for a lot more and maybe it would have if he had been willing to hold on to it for the right buyer to come along.1 point

I think the scratching is in the clear coat- I had similar marks on mine that went away when I removed the clear. If your clear is OK, you might try cleaning the area really well with polishing compound and then put a light coat of clear gloss over the face of the wheel to refresh the finish.1 point
