Headlight Repair Question

It's time to repair a headlight.  After reviewing the tutorial, I suspect that the rollers are shot.

My question is...what is the recommended method for removing the bell-crank arm?  I have removed the retaining nut, but the bell-crank arm won't budge from the shaft.  Is a puller of some sort needed to remove this?

Thanks

The arm should come right off the shaft without a puller. Perhaps the hole in the arm is rounded out causing it to bind on the flat on the shaft

Correct on both counts.  Hole is somewhere between "good" and "shot".  Alignment and a little more pulling power got the job done.  Thank you.
