Coolant leak!

So I was on my way home from work this morning when at at stop light I noticed there was a little bit of steam coming from under the hood, I questioned it but it wasn’t much and I figured it was probably just a fluke, but when I had to stop again there was a bit more so I knew something happened, I drove it all the way home and even threw on the heater just to make sure I didn’t Overheat. When I opened the hood this is what’s I got, hope this is cheap and easy, because I have a few days off right now where I can get this done and ready for when I go back to work.

A quart of anti freeze and 2 clamps to go with the hose and you should be set. Get the preformed if you can as it looks and works better.
