Entire cluster/CRT screen shut off when I turned headlights on at night

I may have a clue although I have no idea how they would be related, I took out the front right floor bulb out to check what kind it was because I want to get new ones, and I decided To not put it back in, so I was driving and I didn't really even notice at first, I was just going with the flow of the other cars but can anyone help me with this I have a feeling its relatively simple

I wouldn't worry about it...It will take a while to learn the little things about your car, and when you think you have figured it out there will be more to learn about it.

 

Hence the quote by many here that the Reatta truly was a car ahead of its time.
