Reatta Parts and Potpourri

Hey Again Reatt'os:  Some quick items on my '91 coupe for you all to ponder...all responses appreciated!

1) My radio display screen is temper-mental and only occasionally acts correctly, most times I have to press as shown to get display.  Other than one speaker (and of course the CD), everything else works fine.  Is this common, is there anything I can do short of a new unit?

I can't answer your questions about the radio or trim pieces.

The Reatta engine is designed to run hot but I feel that cooler is better. A few years ago, with the help of people smarter than me, I made the illustration below to show approximate temperatures in relation to the bars shown on the '90-'91 temperature gauge. Perhaps you will find it helpful.

Thanks Ronnie.  Extrapolating liberally from that great chart, I'm assuming that 8 bars is in the general zone of 210 to 220/230 degrees F, so it seem right on target to your tutorial article.  Of course, that was a hot day and I had the A/C blasting and had driven around for a while.  Appreciate the response.
