Place in Florida that specializes in convertible top parts (hyrdroelectric or something like that, can't think of the exact name now) still sells the 5th bow weather strip from remaining NOS inventory. Other than that, the only source of convertible weather strip parts is a parts car (good luck finding a convertible being parted out) or Marck Barker at East Coast Reattas. Be advised that due to the scarcity of these parts, they command a serious premium.

If that is the case maybe I can find someone to modify ones that are close

That will require some ingenuity . Not entirely out of the question, but not an easy task to be sure. The major weather strip pieces are latex foam rubber, so building them up with some sort of repair material isn't a great option either.
