Tallicat
Hey guys, having an issue with the heater fan not turning off when i turn the heater off, and even when I turn the car off. Tried pulling fuse #20 and it still ran. Had to disconnect battery. Seems there is a relay center under the hood but i am not sure where it is or if it controls the fan. Thanks in advance. Ronnie
Common problem. Most of the time it's caused by a bad blower control module.

Only three screws hold it on. I thought you would get an answer from the people you're discussing this problem with on Facebook, but since you didn't here is a link to the information you need.
