Green Illuminations to back panel not working

Hello everyone, 

I looked in the how to section of this forum and could not find the answers to why my green backlight control panel lights are not working.

The back light section of the light / park lights / fog / climate control are not working.

1st question which fuse controls these light green back lights. I just want to know for the future as I have pulled and checked every fuse to make sure they are not blown.

2nd if I have to chase down a wiring problem where would the experts start.

3rd I just took out my center console to change the light bulb for the shift indicator. I found a mouse nest. No chewed wirers I could see. But I had to splice into the ash tray light  to get the shift indicator light to work.  

Is there any chance that the wire that goes to the shift indicator light also go to the green backlight? Or they run on the same fuse?

Any help or Theories would be greatly apricated.
