rogold
I lost one of my ignition keys, and my other key was getting worn and bent. I tried to get a replacement at the local Ace Hardware. The blank they had (plain metal head) looked right but would not insert into the lock. After some research online and in the Reatta forums I found blanks that work. Here is a link to the blanks I ordered ORIGINAL B63-P "C" Key Blanks for Various Models by General Motors (2 Keys) | eBay I imagine they will work on a 1988 model too. 1
DAVES89
I used to work in a hardware store where we cut keys. I also owned both an '88 and '89 at the same time and can tell you that the key blanks are rotated every year so an '89 won't fit on any of the other years. rogold Posted February 19, 2024 Topic Author Share Posted February 19, 2024 Looks like someone bought up the eight remaining sets on the Ebay listing, they didn't last long.
