Danpatters583 Posted May 8, 2023 Share Posted May 8, 2023 So, long story, but I may need to remove my radiator support in my '90 for some work/tinkering. I was wondering how you get the support out? All my other cars it's bolted into place but this one looks like it's welded? If so, how difficult is it to remove? Mostly just curious, before I start digging too deep into it. Thanks in advance. 2seater Posted May 8, 2023 Share Posted May 8, 2023 From photos I have seen as the car was being assembled, it is an integral part of the body shell. Since there is no actual chassis frame, it is part of the body weldment and it keeps the front of the engine bay square. You might ask a local body shop how to handle what you propose.
