gary90
A couple areas of disturbance on my '90 are obvious signs of rust cancer. A couple body shops say they won't touch it and even if they did I'd be looking at a 10 grand pricetag. Your thoughts/suggestions? Thanks.

Padgett
Agree some places are easy, others not so. Photos would help
fun car guy
Very sorry to hear of your rust issues, Gary. As you likely know, these cars were practically hand built, their bodies electrostaticly dipped in a vat of rust preventative primer with several coats or color hand sanded in between as well as several coats of clear, all this under the watchful eye of representatives of PPG. I know how disappointing it is to be told the cost of repair exceeds the car's value when you've been dreaming of enjoying your car but we in the mid-west know all too well the effects of winter and salted roads, especially on cars of this age. I hope you can figure out a method of saving your Reatta, they're unique cars and their numbers are steadily diminishing.
