Thanks Ship. Went to Parts Geek and ordered the one for a 1990. And yes all years of Reattas had tilt steering columns.1 point

Good question. Not having seen what the 1996 strut housing looks like, uncertain how that would work. If anyone has a 1996 Buick Regal front strut insert holder, it would be interesting to look at and pull some dimensions from it. The design I am conjuring up would allow for the insert to be replaced and the adapter could be reused.1 point
