The PVC valve is located on the backside of the intake manifold on the passenger side. See photo below.
Be sure you have a new grommet on hand before changing the valve.
Here's the part numbers for the grommets and the PVC valve:
01381487 grommet - .46 ( round flat washer type - bottom )
25536368 grommet - .46 ( small rubber hose type - top )
25098058 PVC valve -.42 ( AC DELCO )
Watch the grommet the PCV valve sits in. They tend to break and fall into intake when trying to remove the valve.
