BIN is $1500. Nittany Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 I apologize if this belongs to anybody on the Forum, but I have seen my father-in-law's Park Avenue look like this . . . after the Insurance company paid him for flood damage. I encourage anybody who might be seriously thinking about this vehicle to look this car over very carefully or pay for a professional evaluation. If buying for parts, I think caution is still in order as the description acknowledges "a wiring or computer problem."
