Need help diagnosing fuel pressure problem.

I would change the regulator, especially if its the original. Even if its not leaking internally, the spring inside may be getting tired, causing the lower pressure. And its easy to replace.

I have never seen a regulator fail except if the diaphragm leaks, and that was only once. Yours is performing properly, the absolute numbers can have a slight variation just due to the quality or accuracy of the gauge. As long as the Fuel Integrator and Block Learn are in the target range over normal driving conditions, you are giving the engine what it needs and the ECM is happy. Just my $.02
