blower motor runs some time when car is off

You need a blower control module. See the "How to Guides" on the top of the page. It will help you with how to replace as well as a bunch of other issues that may pop up.

The blower motor on my 91 Reatta will not shut off period, even with the key turned off and removed from the ignition. It will run until the battery is dead. Guess I must also have a defective "blower Control module/resistor. I've looked in the "How to Guides" but do not see any info on replacing this part. Any other suggestions? Thanks

That is the most likely cause. The location is shown in the photo below. It is marked "Power Module". I think three screws hold it in.

Three 7mm screws. When you replace it only use the two "easy" screws to hold the module in place.
