Interior Painting Instructions
Written by reattadudes - AACA Reatta Forum Monday, 19 January 2009 First you need to find out the correct corporate color name for the color you need. Information about Reatta color names can be found here.
Then go to any auto paint supply store and ask them for S-E-M interior paint. The nice thing about S-E-M interior paint is that it has flex built in. You can use it on anything inside, including seats. It will not peel off if the surface is first well-cleaned with alcohol. The S-E-M will come premixed, and is available in pint or quart sizes. You will find yourself spraying all sorts of things inside (like the steering wheel), so be sure to get enough. If you don't have a compressor and spray gun, you can buy a Preval sprayer (propellant cartridge on top, glass bottle on the bottom) for
about $ 5.50. It should be available where the S-E-M paint is sold.Be sure to clean everything with alcohol before spraying. Mikebuickreattaparts.com Last Updated Monday, 19 January 2009
