Ronnie
I wish I could help with your question about the lights but since I own an '88 model I don't have any experience with them. Sign in to the AACA Reatta forum and ask your question. There are probably a lot of '91 owners there that might be able to help with the lights. DAVES89
Try switching your headlights to the "Dim" setting. In my 1990 I have a headlight switch [as a backup] that when I switch to "brights" the lights in the dash area go out. Way too much "stuff" going through the switch... retired mechanic74
B29 ... If fuses check good and what you have done so far hasn't fixed the problem I would suggest that you......Put a cover over the top of the dash ( cover up the photo censer) remove the radio and unplug it . Using a test light on the radio connectors you should find at least 3 + leads. check them in this order (1) with the ign. off (holds the memory). (2) with the ign. on. (runs the radio) and (3) with the headlights on. (controls radio lights) If you find all 3 then the problem is in the radio. If not then the problem is in the wiring.
