Headlights stuck

Both headlights are stuck in the up position and won’t go down

There is a headlight button in front of the shifter. It allows you to raise and lower the headlight pods without turning on the lights.That could be your issue.

If this car is new to your then you should check to see if someone has ran the headlight doors up to the open position manually and then unplugged the motors. It is a common occurrence when someone is selling a Reatta.
